The Big Apple Adventure finished with a total enrollment of 538. Average attendance (children) was 338. Our mission offering totaled $1609.46! Thank you for a great week!
VBS offering totals $1609.46!
Our VBS offering will go to support Graffiti 2, a New York city ministry located in the Bronx. The offering totaled an amazing $1609.46! We learned about Graffiti 2 during VBS. NAMB missionary Andrew Mann is pastor of Graffiti 2 Church and director of Graffiti 2 Community Ministries. Mann’s partner in ministry is Proof, a five-year-old yellow lab and trained therapy dog. Putt Putt Tournament results!
31 Golfers of all ages enjoyed our annual VBS Putt Putt Tournament. Joel and Sarah Wetherington and Barry and Linda Rodgers combined to shoot a 185 and win the low team. Joel and Jason Eiche both fired 39′s to tie for individual low. Benny Goodman had three aces to win our hole in one contest and Nell Jones had nine threes to win the bogey prize! Preschooler, Michaela Vest fired a cool 79 to bag the prize for highest score!

Mark your calendars now for Vacation Bible School 2012! The dates are June 11-5 and the theme will be Amazing Wonders Aviation! Boys and girls will fly to some of the world’s greatest natural wonders as they encounter an awesome God and His amazing power!
