Annie Armstrong - This offering, taken in March/April, is used for mission projects by the North American Mission Board.

Associational Missions, Fred Tucker - This offering, usually taken in May, is used in partnership for special mission projects of the Long Run Baptist Association.

Benevolence - This ministry, with money given as part of our monthly communion services, helps us assist families in need. We provide the assistance through the Benevolence Committee and in partnership with St. Matthews Area Ministries.

Christmas Connection - A joint mission effort between SMBC and the communities of west Louisville. Toys, blankets, Bibles, and school uniforms are provided for approximately 600 children each year. It takes thousands of dollars and more than one hundred volunteers to make this event a reality.

Generations of Faith - Giving during the year 2005 in support of our Missions and Ministry Plan and to retire our debt on the 20 th anniversary of building our current Sanctuary.

Global Missions - These offerings, primarily taken in December and April, help to support national and international mission projects provided by our partnership with the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship.

International Missions, Lottie Moon - This offering, primarily taken in December, helps to support special mission projects provided by our partnership with the International Mission Board.

Kentucky Baptist Children’s Home - This offering, taken in November, is used for special mission projects in partnership with the Kentucky Baptist Children’s Home.

Missionary Residence - We provide a residence to be used by missionaries on furlough.

State Missions, Eliza Broadus - This offering, taken in September, is used in partnership for special mission projects of the Kentucky Baptist Convention.

World Hunger - This offering, taken in conjunction with VBS, helps support world hunger & disaster relief provided by our partnership with the Baptist World Alliance.
